INGREDIENTS

(20 Servings)

  • 200 g Grecian Living honey cereal
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 140 g white chocolate
  • 40 g pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

PROCESS

  1. In a pan heat the sugar, honey and peanut butter.
  2. Stir with a spoon until melted and well incorporated.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cereal and pistachios and mix.
  5. Place the mixture in a pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread evenly inside the pan.
  7. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and drizzle over the cereal mixture.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. Lift the parchment paper from the pan and place on a cutting board.
  10. Remove the parchment paper and cut into even bars.
