SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY RINGS

INGREDIENTS

(1 serving)

  • 3 tablespoons Grecian Living honey rings
  • 120 ml almond milk
  • 30 g banana
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • cinnamon

PROCESS

  1. In a blender, process the milk and banana until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture in a glass.
  3. Add chia seeds and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir often.
  5. In a clay pot, place the honey rings and then add the mixture with the chia.
  6. Add chopped walnuts, chia seeds, blueberries,cinnamon and serve.
