OVEN OMELET WITH MUESLI

INGREDIENTS

(4 servings)

  • 20 g Grecian Living muesli
  • 5 eggs
  • 20 g milk
  • 90 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g red bell pepper
  • 6 g scallion
  • fresh mint and parsley, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper
  • oil

PROCESS

  1. Wash the pepper, discard the seeds and dice. Cook in a frying pan with a little oil for 3 minutes and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, scallion, parsley and mint.
  3. Add the muesli, season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Transfer to a terracotta pot and bake in preheated oven at 180at fan-forced setting for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, as soon as you take it out of the oven.
