INGREDIENTS

  • 3 slices of grecian living toast bread
  • 1 slice of apaki (Smoked pork meat)
  • arugula
  • 1 piece of Talagani cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • oregano

PROCESS

  1. Toast the apaki for 7minutes.
  2. Toast the 3 slices of bread.
  3. Cook the Talagani cheese with a little oil until a crust is formed on both sides of each slice.
  4. Cut the the Talagani cheese into thin cubes.
  5. In a bowl, place the cheese, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and mix.
  6. Place a slice of bread for setting up. Add the mixture with the Talagani, a slice of bread, arugula, apaki and cover with a slice of bread.
