SANDWICH WITH SALMON AND BREAD WITH NO ADDED SUGAR

INGREDIENTS

(8 serving)

  • 8 slices Grecian Living toast bread with no added sugar
  • 60 g smoked salmon
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 scallion
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 3 g oregano
  • 3 g thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 g dill

PROCESS

  1. In a bowl mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the smoked salmon in strips.
  3. Mince the dill and add to the cream cheese.
  4. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and finely chop the onion.
  5. Toast the bread and remove the crust.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread.
  7. Top with the lettuce, cucumber, marinated salmon and scallion and a slice of bread.
  8. Cut into two parts the sandwich and repeat the process.
  9. Serve with salad.
